“Used” counts distinct elements introduced during the season, not the number currently fitted or still serviceable. Red marks cumulative usage above the allowance; it does not mean a penalty is pending or unserved. Reusing an existing element is different from introducing another new one.

EXH constituent parts are counted separately. PU-ANC applies to each listed ancillary component type; the report gives one aggregate column, so it does not identify the underlying parts.
